Description

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease three electric powered Low Pressure Air Compressor (LPAC) systems with support services (Start-up/commissioning, training, preventative maintenance and weekly equipment inspections) for use at Naval Base New London, Groton, CT. PNSY will use the LPAC Systems to establish a Breathing Air System, Tooling Air System and Blast Air System. The minimum allowable requirements for the systems are detailed in this Statement of Work. Unless otherwise stated, the contractor shall furnish the Low Pressure Air Compressor systems, including all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and other items and services that are necessary to perform as described within this Statement of Work.

1. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12 and

FAR 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not

be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.

2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective Date: 1/17/2025

and DFARS Change 1/17/2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
