Request for Proposal: 25-1149 Valley Native Primary Care Center Expansion Construction Manager/General Contractor Services

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed technical and pricing proposals from general contractors interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for SCF’s Benteh Nuutah Valley Native Primary Care Center (VNPCC) Expansion project, located at 1001 S Knik Goose Bay Road, Wasilla, AK 99654. A Scope of Work, including specifications for services to be provided, is located in Exhibit A.
