Project Description: PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Stacy is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide contracted general engineering and planning services. The City would prefer one firm to provide both City Engineer and City Planner services but will consider proposals for either service separately. Services include municipal engineering, infrastructure planning, project design and bidding, construction oversight, mapping and utility records, development review, zoning and subdivision administration, comprehensive plan and ordinance updates, grant assistance, parks planning, and meeting attendance.
