Description
The tree removal service contract includes providing necessary tools, equipment, labor and all incidentals needed to remove trees identified by the Authority. The Work for this Service Contract is on a call-in basis. Once authorized, the Contractor shall remove the identified trees within 14-days (10 business days), a shorter time may be called for when, in the sole opinion of the Authority, the tree presents an immediate risk to private property or Authority property.
