Description: TOWN OF NORMAL 11 Uptown Circle Normal, Illinois 61761 BID CALL: The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following: Hale Street and Delaine Drive Watermain Improvements Project Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Hale Street and Delaine Drive Watermain Improvements Project" with the time and date of the opening, which will be March 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a Pre-Bid Conference to be held on February 25, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. prevailing time, on the 4 th Floor of City Hall, Room 409, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761, per project documents. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.
