Upon collection of responses the NURA will select a firm to award a contract to the selected firm for services at all properties released for services in the program. 1. Corner Staking Provide visible staking and flagging for field identification. 2. Prepare a House Location Plan (HLP) or Site Plan showing: Proposed structure footprint Distances from property lines (setbacks) Driveways, walkways, and other improvements Easements and encumbrances Verify compliance with zoning setbacks and applicable development regulations.
