Description: The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of services for Crack Sealing of City Streets and Parking Lots.  Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: As Need Crack Sealing of City Streets and Parking Lots Services – Bid #27-005.
