Notice to Bidders - FRK-1018u02 Trailridge Stadium Storage

The Board of Education of the Waukee Community School District, will receive sealed bids for construction of a Trailridge Stadium Storage Building and Batting Cages consisting of a one story building of masonry and steel construction totaling approximately 800 square feet, and associated site work at Trailridge Stadium located in Waukee, IA.

Lump-sum bids will be received for:

General Construction including Mechanical and Electrical Construction.

Construction may begin following Owner receipt and approval of required Contracts, Bonds and Insurance.  The Owner requires that Project be Substantially Complete on or before the 2nd day of November, 2026.

The Board of Education will receive Bids before 2:00 PM on the 23rd day of April, 2026 in the Board Room of the Waukee Community School District, 560 SE University Avenue, Waukee, Iowa. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of April, 2026 at the Trailridge Stadium, 1255 NW Douglas Parkway, Waukee, IA 50263.  Bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Beeline + Blue, 2507 Ingersoll Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50312, 515-244-1611 upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash or check in the amount of $50, or receipt of Master Builders Plans Request Card, for one set.

Further consideration of the Bids received and award of contract or other action may be made by the Board of Education of the Waukee Community School District upon proposals received in accordance with law and plans and specifications at its meeting to be held at 6:00 PM on the 27th day of April, 2026 in the Board Room of the Waukee Community School District, located at 560 SE University Avenue, Waukee, Iowa.
