Summary Ohio Penal Industries (OPI) is seeking bids to provide vocational optical training to incarcerated workers assigned to the OPI Optical Shop located at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, OH. If awarded, the contract will begin in Fiscal 2027, starting not before 07/01/2026.
