Description: Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on October 6, 2026 for BID – DUTY HANDGUNS, HOLSTERS, AND AMMUNITION WITH TRADE-IN HANDGUNS FOR THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY ADULT PROBATION AND PAROLE DEPARTMENT. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation: BID – DUTY HANDGUNS, HOLSTERS, AND AMMUNITION WITH TRADE-IN HANDGUNS FOR THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY ADULT PROBATION AND PAROLE DEPARTMENT Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered.
