Project Description

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Respondents) to provide board administration, operational, and team development consulting services. All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-18 Board Administration, Operational & Team Development Consulting Services shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Thursday, July 23, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities.
