Description: Invitation For Bid #26095 Landscape and Maintenance Services Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for Landscape and Maintenance Services as needed. Bids will be due and opened electronically on April 29, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bids will be available on April 8, 2026 at bidnet direct. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the year 1 total price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the of the year 1 bid price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
