The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 5th day of June 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 1. West Lafayette Campus – AIDA3 Drone Hangar and Airstrip Installation – 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on May 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EDT, assembling at MEIGS – Purdue Ag Center, 9101 S 100 E, Lafayette, IN 47909 before going to the proposed airfield, east of Romney IN.
