Project Description: The El Paso County Hospital District (the “District”) d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso is requesting proposals from firms interested in serving as bond underwriter for approximately $397 million of General Obligation (GO) bonds. Said bonds to be issued in one (1) or more installment sales over the next two to five years.
If your firm responded to RFQ # 950-04-24-005, Bond Underwriter Services, dated April 20, 2024, and there have been no material changes to that response and wish for the District to refer to this RFQ response, simply sign Attachment A, November 2024 Voter Authorization for General Obligation Bonds, Firm Qualifications Affirmation, and return back to the District.
