The Durham Workforce Development Board through the City of Durham’s Office of Economic

and Workforce Development (OEWD) hereby publishes this notice of open solicitation for

WIOA Youth Services (The Durham NextGen program).

The Requests for Proposals are currently available at

https://www.durhamnc.gov/bids.aspx?bidID=2263 and proposals are due no later than Thursday,

April 23, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

All Proposals are due no later than Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the office of OEWD
