Description: The City of Malibu, California is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Project Management Services during multiple phases of the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) Wastewater Project. The project will have a separate design consultant as well as other financial consultants who will be working on this project. The selected firm will provide overall project management services to deliver the project, including assisting the management of the design consultants, obtaining permitting, and public outreach. The selected consultant may be selected to manage the construction of the project too. These services shall encompass and include all work, services, materials and equipment necessary to prepare effectively assist the City in project management services as described within this proposal.
