Description: Vegetation clearing of the Neck River flood water diversion swale and earthen dam structure Located north of Deepwood Drive Town of Madison, Connecticut January 12, 2026 The Town of Madison is seeking qualified contractors to clear vegetation from a flood water diversion swale and upon an earthen dam structure at Deepwood Drive in Madison, CT in accordance with the project specifications. A mandatory pre-bid site walk will be held at #80 Deepwood Drive, Madison, CT at  11:00am Thursday January 15, 2026. Attendance is required in order to submit a bid. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the First Selectwoman located at the Town Hall, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT 06443 until 12:00pm local time Thursday, January 22, 2026 at which time and place they will be immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities or defects in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to accept a bid that in its sole discretion is in the best interest of the Town of Madison.
