Proposals received after the above stated day and time will not be considered. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “Lease of Vehicle (BID# 26-25)”. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.
