The City of Redwood City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide investment advisory services for its municipal investment portfolio. The value of the portfolio on average is approximately $400 million currently invested in the Local Agency Investment Fund, the San Mateo County pool, and a diverse portfolio currently managed by an outside investment advisor.

Should a Proposer require clarification of this RFP, the City must be notified in writing no later than July 20, 2026. Questions are to be sent to Sylvia Bravo Peters (speters@redwoodcity.org). Responses will be communicated to all known recipients of this RFP by July 27, 2026, and will also be posted on the City’s website.

Responses to this RFP are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026.
