RFP Design-Build Services-Fire Stations Renovations, East Haven

Town of East Haven solicits Proposals from qualified Design-Build entities for interior renovations at Foxon Fire Station No. 3 at 1420 North High Street, to include design, engineering, construction and furnishing fit out, including new kitchen, Kitchen to be designed and installed at Fire Headquarters at 200 Main Street as well. MANDATORY PRE-RFP WALKTHROUGH on AUGUST 3, 1:00 P.M. at1420 North High Street, followed by SECOND SITE VISIT at 200 Main Street. Attendance required to qualify for Proposal Submission.
