Notes	:	Valencia College is requesting proposals from local licensed Elevator Contractors to provide basic elevator maintenance and repair services at multiple Valencia campus locations in Orange and Osceola Counties. This solicitation includes, but is not limited to, certain hydraulic elevators, traction elevators, and chairlifts now in operation in buildings. For a comprehensive list of the College’s elevators, please refer to Table 1, page 11 of the solicitation RFP 2025-05. It is the intent of the College to award a Continuing Services Contract to one contractor that best meets the criteria set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The size, scope, and complexity of projects under this contract will be determined based upon specific requirements of each project as determined by Valencia College. It is important for the selection process that the Contractor demonstrates the ability to manage multiple on-going elevator projects in a timely manner, as well as address emergency repair requests, at any given time.
