Bid Title:	Bid 08-100825 High Point Facilities Resurfacing Project

Description: This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment, and materials to install approximately 2,675 Tons (TN) various of types of asphalt, 375 SY of asphalt surface treatment mat coat, 550 Linear Feet (LF) of curb and gutter, construction of and expanding a parking lot and a variety of other items and materials including but not limited to structure adjustment, paint striping, traffic control, pavement repairs and additional work necessary to complete this contract. A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, September 16th, at 2:00 PM in the Municipal Operations Training Room located at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260, (Come through the guard gate, go to the stop sign and make a left. The MOC training room is located at the top of the stairs of the Health and Safety office. Parking will be on your left). City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications. Copies of the Contract Documents and Plans may be obtained from Duncan Parnell at the below address, by depositing a nonrefundable fee of $140 (plus tax and shipping) for each set so obtained.
