Description: Request for Proposals for the Development of a Landfill Gas Beneficial Use & Capture Project The City of Bismarck (City) Public Works Service Operations is soliciting proposals from experienced gas capture developers, to develop, invest, install, maintain, and operate equipment to capture, clean and refine landfill gas (LFG) and sell the gas onto the open market as a renewable energy source or utilize for a close project while still compensating the City for its gas. The City is interested in capturing and utilizing the Landfill gas generated at the Bismarck Landfill.  The City aims to reduce environmental impacts while creating local jobs and generating revenue for the landfill operations through this project.  The responses to this RFP will allow the City to evaluate qualified developers interested in this project.
