	Title Heavy Civil GC/CM Services for Metro’s State of Good Repair Program – Bundle 1 Solicitation Type Alternative Procurements Status Amended Buyer Kelly McKeever Email kelly.mckeever@kingcounty.gov Synopsis This is a programmatic GC/CM and the Contractor may be responsible for multiple work packages over the life of the contract. The objective of this program is to upgrade and replace aging equipment and infrastructure in Metro’s SGR sub-portfolio. The SGR sub-portfolio provides reinvestment, replacement, and refurbishment for existing infrastructure and facilities. Addendum Description Addendum 4 has been issued. Proposers must acknowledge all addenda before submitting a proposal. If a Proposer has already submitted a proposal, they must log into the E-Procurement Supplier Portal, acknowledge the addendum, and resubmit.
