Project Description: Affordable Housing Services (AHS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified public or private nonprofit entities with a proven and documented track record of construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation and improvements of public facilities throughout Hillsborough County for the duration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2026. Program Year (PY) 2026 begins on October 01, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2027. Funding for this action will not be available until October 01, 2026. The project's estimate is $3,000,000.00.
