Project Description: The City of Sandy Springs (“City”) desires to tear down existing fire station no. 1 and rebuild a new fire station on the site located at 1425 Spalding Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30350 (“Property”). The City also intends to create a new ground-up fire station and logistics facility as fire station no. 4 inside the city limits of Sandy Springs. The City intends to create a new addition and interior renovations to fire station no. 3, located at 6025 Raider Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328. This solicitation is for architectural/engineering and project/construction administration services for the 3 fire stations (“Projects”).
