Description

The construction of ± 2,585 LF of 8" DR 17 HDPE sanitary sewer pipe bursting; ±11 manholes rehabilitations; ±34 new sanitary sewer services for existing structures; ±5,386 LF of rollover curb and gutter following existing roadway elevation, ±2,188 LF of 18" RCP storm drain pipe, ±11 GDOT 1019a structures, leveling and resurfacing upon completion of pipe work including ±256 TONS of OGI Superpave, ±406 TONS of 9.5mm Superpave Asphalt, striping, erosion control; traffic control; bypass pumping; surface restoration; and all other appurtenances required to construct the project.

Build America, Buy America (BABA) Contract Clause

Pursuant to HUD¿s Notice, "Public Interest Phased Implementation Waiver for FY 2022 and 2023 of Build America, Buy America Provisions as Applied to Recipients of HUD Federal Financial Assistance" (88 FR 17001), any funds obligated by HUD on or after the applicable listed effective dates, are subject to BABA requirements, unless excepted by a waiver.
