Notes	Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members. As part of the 2024 Bond Program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for High School and Middle School Turf Soccer/Football Fields. The scope includes converting one practice field at each school from natural grass to synthetic turf. The selected supplier must be able to complete the turf replacement at ALL eight school campuses. In addition, one existing retaining wall is to be removed and reconstructed at Hebron High School. 1. Flower Mound High School - 3411 Peters Colony Road Flower Mound, TX 75022 2. Marcus High School - 5707 Morriss Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028 5. The Colony High School - 4301 Blair Oaks, The Colony, TX 75056 6. Griffin Middle School - 5105 N. Colony Blvd, The Colony, TX 75056 7. Harmon High School - 1250 W. Round Grove Rd, Lewisville, TX 75067 8. Shadow Ridge Middle School - 2050 Aberdeen Dr. Flower Mound, TX 75028 This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269. Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $8,850,000 for High School practice fields and $3,950,000 for Middle School game fields.  These numbers will change as the project is developed, but should be used as an estimate for this CSP. The estimated completion date for this project: The project must be completed by August 1, 2026 The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Civil Engineering firm, Teague Nall & Perkins for this project as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
