Scope of Services
The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of roofing services. The prime contractor shall be a Florida licensed Roofing Contractor.
1) Roofing contractor to perform services for the emergency and repair services to existing facilities.
2) Ability to respond to the service needs in 24 hours with Pinellas County Schools’ (PCSB) specifications approval.
3) Ability to identify and make repairs necessary according to PCSB specifications.
4) Ability to repair modify, metal, shingle, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), coal-tar pitch, and ethylene propylene diene monomer roofing.
5) Ability to provide all tools, equipment, materials and disposal, as needed
