Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to provide interested applicants with information that enables them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by OAS to satisfy the need for PC services for residents of Montgomery County enrolled in the OPTIONS program. The provision of PC services, defined as assistance related to activities of daily living (ADL) that an individual cannot meet independently, is provided directly in the older adult’s home.
