The work covered by this Solicitation could include clearing, grading, landscaping and structural repairs to stormwater management facilities, storm drain systems, outfall structures, embankments of roadways and ponds, and streams or other related work, as needed. Work will be within the Central Region of the State of Maryland, within Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford Counties , when requested. All work will be completed in compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal ( https://menv.bonfirehub.com/ ).  Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted.  Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time. Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
