Please start your review of the Back of House Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium RFP by first reading the Solicitation Snapshot located in the Attachments tab.  The Solicitation Snapshot provides high-level details about our evaluation process including the product/service category being bid, RFP timeline, and evaluation criteria.  Next, you should read the RFP Scope of Work and the Solicitation Instructions, which are also located in the Attachments section. After you review those materials, prepare your submission by working through each tab from left-to-right here in ION Wave. Responses to RFP questions will be addressed in the Attributes tab. However, pricing information will be captured in the Bid Tabulation Form which are downloadable from the Attachments tab. The completed Bid Tabulation Form and any other requested documentation should be uploaded in the Response Attachments tab. Please Note: All required (i.e. red-starred) fields (including Attributes) must be completed to successfully submit a bid.
