Description: The Town of Concord, acting through the Town Manager’s Office and Concord Public Works’ Highway and Grounds Division, will receive electronic bids via CPW’s contracted bidding service, ProjectDog, for Bid# 25-3015 Sleepy Hollow Cemetery Landscaping Services from experienced qualified vendors until 10:00 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com . The Awarding Authority will not accept hard copy bids. Bid forms and contract documents are available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning February 3, 2025, at 10:00am. All plan holders must have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically. Any and all addenda shall be posted online at Projectdog.com. Each individual or firm recorded as having received the contract documents will be notified by email if addenda are issued. Hard copies of the addenda will not be mailed or faxed to plan holders. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to review all addenda prior to the bid opening online.
