Notes	The City of Irving is seeking lump sum bids for minor construction at the Police and Fire Training Academy located at 2603 Esters Rd, Irving, TX 75062 to include the following: building a wall to include door installation building a workstation with solid countertop supported by pony walls, shelving and support posts relocating and mounting exisitng shelving associated painting ADD-ALTERNATE 1 - installtion of 14 electrical outlets Please see specifications for further information and for evaluation criteria f or this Best Value Bid. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
