Hernando County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced firms to provide right-of-way acquisition, roadway design, new utility design, electric distribution relocation and post-design services for the preparation of construction documents consisting of plans, specifications and bid forms for roadway improvements to a 3.05-mile section of Kettering Road and associated improvements from SR-50 to Power Line Road.

Background

Kettering Road is currently a 2-lane roadway between State Road 50 and Power Line Road. This section of roadway has several type of development in progress, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential.
