Description: The work to be performed by the General Contractor and consist of but is not limited to the following major items: •  TRAFFIC CONTROL for both vehicular and pedestrians following the latest MUTCD and GDOT standards. •  EROSION CONTROL BMP’s including mulch, temporary grassing, and sodding. •  SITE WORK including clearing & grubbing, remove and replace existing signs, grading and excavation. •  CONCRETE PAVING including construct concrete curb & gutter, construct sidewalk/plaza and ADA ramps. •  CRACK SEALING, SEAL COATING, AND THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING. •  42” PAINTED HANDRAIL. •  REMOVABLE BOLLARDS. •  Site clearing. •  The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. •  All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. •  The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project.
