Materials will replace existing components to improve reliability and ensure compliance with WMATA Automatic Train Control (ATC) standards. Installation will be performed by WMATA. Equivalent (or equal) products may be offered but must meet all technical specifications and receive formal WMATA approval. Bidders must provide pricing for all line items; incomplete bids will be deemed non-responsive. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the GRAND TOTAL in the price schedule. Build America, Buy America Acts Certifications (Reps & Certs, Section 21): Bidders are required to complete and submit the certification under Section 21 of the Representations and Certifications ¿ Build America, Buy America Acts Certifications.
