Overview

Summary

The project consists of milling the existing road and overlay with asphalt to improve the driving conditions. Restructure and removal of green space and adding additional parking areas and roadways. New sidewalks will be installed in the new parking areas along with signs for traffic direction, striping and handicap parking spaces. New drainage will be installed in the new roadway and parking areas. Zev Cohen has developed the design and plans for the roadway/ parking improvements.

All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental requirements. The contractor shall coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient project execution.

Background

Volusia County Sheriffs Training Center is a high-profile location with new recruits and host multiply counties sheriffs and city police officers for training.
