Description:	This will be a time and materials agreement for mechanical piping and structural modification services. The awarded contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the membrane tank vent improvements as detailed in this solicitation and associated construction drawings. Pricing shall be based on an hourly labor rate for skilled trades personnel, along with material costs and equipment charges as required. All materials must meet the specifications outlined in the project plans. Payment will be made based on actual work performed, verified material invoices, and documented equipment usage. All work will be subject to inspection and approval by the City to ensure compliance with applicable specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
