Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals to develop and implement the Supported Apartment program, to be tentatively provided from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with a contract that may be renewed up to three times pending programmatic success. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.
