ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CLARIFICATIONS/DESCRIBED BELOW:
1. Question: I was wondering if you want hydraulic deploy/stow spray arms. The hydraulic
version would allow the operator to access all operations from the cab of the truck, except
filling and emptying of the liquid tank.
Answer: Yes
2. Question: You ask for casters at the end of the spray arms; we use a metal leg to prevent the
nozzles from rubbing on the surface when turning tight. Is this acceptable? A heavy caster
wheel will weigh the arm down unnecessarily.
Answer: Yes
3. Question: Our standard nozzles are a 3-way nozzle; we have a Streamer (Pencil style), a #18
Fan nozzle and a #35 fan nozzle. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Yes
4. Question: Our break away for the 50' spray arms is a manual break away and must be reset
manually. It will not return to its normal operating position on its own. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Yes
5. Question: We mount a LED strobe light at the end of each spray arm. We currently have no
provision for a strobe light mounted on the tank. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Yes
6. Question: We do not currently install STT & reverse lights on these trailers because the
lights on the truck pulling it are visible and the trailer is not used on public roads. Is this
acceptable?
Answer: No, we would like the lights on the trailer.
