• Port procurement of up to (10) zero-emissions (ZE) drayage trucks and

services

• Trucks to be domiciled at a facility for use in the Port’s Truck Loaner

Program (Program)

• 2-Year Program

• Administrator of the Program, CALSTART

• Provide independent owner-operators and small fleets an opportunity to

participate in a short-term trial of ZE trucks at low cost.
