This unit will serve as a temporary restroom facility for visitors and/or staff during large construction projects. The ADA compliant combination municipal skid restroom must come pre-assembled with all components included making installation as easy as connecting to existing plumbing and electrical systems.
The ADA compliant combination municipal skid restroom must be designed to be loaded and unloaded on a trailer to be moved as required for PA State Park Operations improving visitor services during large construction projects.

SCOPE OF WORK:The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of State Parks, Denton Hill State Park, requires avendor to supply and deliver one (1) two-unit ADA accessible combination toilet/shower municipal skidrestroom unit to Denton Hill State Park, 5661 Route 6, Ulysses PA 16948. CONTRACT TASKS:The following requirements must be met and included within the performance of this contract:Vendor to furnish one (1) two-unit ADA compliant combination toilet/shower municipal skid restroom with thefollowing specifications:Measurements:Overall dimensions of the ADA compliant combination municipal skid restroom when prepared fortransportation must not exceed 8’6” wide by 15’ long.Total dimensions of the unit, including ADA access ramps, when placed on a trailer must not exceed 25’ inlength and unit must not exceed 4600 pounds.Electric:LED lightingOne (1) ceiling light per roomExterior lights must be located above every entry/exit door. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Vendor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses while adhering to all state and local laws,rules, and regulations for the protection of public health and the environment, including OSHA safetyrequirements. Vendor must fully comply with all requirements of the applicable version of the InternationalBuilding Code and all other provisions of the Uniform Construction Code.IV. DELIVERY:Vendor must call Scott M. DELIVERY TERM:Delivery to be made as soon as possible upon execution and receipt of purchase order but no later than July 30,2026.VI. BID AWARD:Bidder must complete and include the following with the bid response:A. The electronic Invitation for Bid to be found at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.usB. A properly executed Reciprocal Limitations Act form that lists the state of manufacture for anysupplies procured.C. A properly executed Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form.D. Photos of a comparable ADA compliant combination municipal skid restroom, both inside and out, aswell as all potential furnishings, must be submitted with your bid response.The unit price must include all administrative costs, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, transportation,fuel charges, delivery, handling charges, and any other items or miscellaneous charges necessary for the furnishingof the ADA accessible combination toilet/shower municipal skid restroom.The bid will be awarded based on the lowest total sum.Please note that the Department will only accept out to two (2) decimal points when entering your pricing.VII. CONTRACTOR REFERENCES:After the bid opening, and prior to awarding of the contract, the Department has the right to request references(names, addresses and telephone numbers) of similar work performed in the previous two (2) years as proof ofqualifications to perform the work involved in this contract. Similar work is defined as the supply and delivery ofa portable ADA accessible shower/restroom facility.References are an optional tool available to the Department to help determine bidder capabilities. If any ofthese references are requested and the bidder cannot supply the necessary documentation and proof ofcompliance, the Department reserves the right to reject the bidder. The decision to both request references orreject bidders based on inadequate reference will be made solely at the discretion of the DepartmentVIII. PAYMENT TERMS:Payment shall be made on a reimbursement basis following delivery and final acceptance of the unit.This contract will be paid by Automated Clearing House (ACH), commonly referred to as direct deposit. Vendorshould review Section V.23 CONTRACT-016.2 Payment – Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payments of theCommonwealth’s Terms and Conditions for complete details and contractor responsibilities.IX. INVOICES:Invoice format must be in accordance with the IFB – Invitation for Bid. Invoices should reflect line itemsas set forth in the purchase order. All invoices must be itemized to include the line item, quantity,and cost.All invoices MUST contain the purchase order number, as well as vendor’s SAP Vendor Number. The name andaddress listed on the purchase order must also be the same as reflected on the invoice(s).Failure to provide this information may result in a delay of payment.All invoices for this contract MUST either be:a.
