MCEC Nor'Easter Exchange (R05)

The Project consists of construction of a new café/bar concession space east of the north lobby at the Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC). The Work consists generally of:
1. Temporary construction barriers and protection of adjacent occupied areas.
2. Selective demolition of existing finishes, ceilings, and MEPFP systems.
3. Patching and repair of existing slab and adjacent construction disturbed by the Work.
4. New and temporary electrical systems (Filed Sub-Bid).
5. New and temporary HVAC ductwork, equipment, and controls (Filed Sub-Bid).
6. New and temporary fire protection piping and sprinkler heads (Filed Sub-Bid).
7. New plumbing piping, fixtures, and equipment (Filed Sub-Bid).
8. New Tile work (Filed Sub-Bid)
9. New resilient flooring (Filed Sub-Bid).
10. New back-of-house kitchen space and food service equipment.
11. New millwork, counters, and decorative finishes at the café/bar and seating area.
12. New miscellaneous metals (Filed Sub-Bid).
13. New custom signage.
14. New painting (Filed Sub-Bid)
15. Restoration of ceilings, flooring, and finishes in areas affected by the Work.,
