Notes	RFB NO. 031-09-26 FY2027 CIP RIGHT OF WAY CLEARING - GROUP 1 ELECTRONIC BIDS TO BE SUBMITTED BY: THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. CST Bryan Texas Utilities (hereafter, ‘BTU’), a municipal electric utility owned by the City of Bryan, Texas seeks a qualified line clearance contractor to clear distribution line right-of-way as required to support the construction of capital improvement projects. These projects require the construction or rebuild of distribution lines in Bryan, College Station and Rural Brazos County, Texas. Vegetation that could hinder ROW access and transit of equipment employed to re-build the line(s) must be trimmed or removed. The purpose of this clearing project is to allow sufficient access to the line(s) to perform necessary work as well as to reestablish original 20’ ROW width.
