Description: TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN NOTICE OF 2025 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following professional contract without competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their July 15, 2025 meeting.  Once executed, this contract and the resolution authorizing it is available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow, Millburn, NJ  07041. The contract is authorized for one year through December 31, 2025.
