Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for a sports turf mower to be used for maintenance of golf course grounds.  Product specifications are provided in the line item section of the bid.  Bid submission must include a product manual and specification sheet. Prospective bidders must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave portal by the designated date and time of Friday, December 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted via Ionwave by Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all specifications, requirements, addenda, and conditions included in the bid material. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive all formalities.
