Description: Invitation for Bid #25128 Bathroom Partitions at Various Schools Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25128, Bathroom Partitions at Various School. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.
