The desired solution should support end-to-end parking enforcement, permit management, and customer self-service for the City’s growing and evolving parking program. The selected vendor will deliver a secure, scalable, and configurable system that integrates with existing City systems and supports both physical and virtual permitting, license plate recognition (LPR) enforcement, and mobile field operations. This RFP seeks a turnkey system inclusive of software, hosting, integration, training, and ongoing technical support. The complete Scope of Work for this project is included as Attachment A.
