Sealed bids must be received at the office of City Engineering, located at the Community Services Building, 317 South Travis Street, Sherman, Texas 75090 no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025. Bids received on or before this deadline will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected as non-responsive.
